This (Styled) Winter Valentine Picnic was dear to my heart and came to me at a much needed time…It was a sweet day with my daughter Annamarie, her friend Irina and Irina’s sister Marina. We drove to Silver Lake Park and set up a fire in an outdoor fireplace under a gazebo…
I was a little nervous about building a fire because I’ve only done it a few times! the key is to have good dry wood and enough kindling to get it going!
I brought heart shaped brownies sprinkled with powdered sugar…
My foraged bouquets turned out so beautiful! It’s hard to believe there is beauty out there this time of year pre-spring. But there is!
This photo of Marina reminds me of Tasha Tudor. I love what all the girls chose to wear! We had decided on a Vintage feel blacks and neutrals.
(above) one of my fav photos! (the blanket was a find from a local thrift store!)
My daughter is learning the ukulele and she played quite a bit mostly in the car on the way there and back!
Coffee anyone? yes, please!
The End. (hopefully another styled shoot coming soon! It was too fun! I feel refreshed and inspired! Thank you Lord!)
