Meet Melanie!

January 2015 I, Melanie Beilner, am a homemaker, mother, wife.  In 2014 I went gangbusters learning the ropes of a Stylist and I became a  Prop, Interior and Lifestyle Stylist collaborating with amazing photographers. I got a big itch to have my own camera at the end of 2014 and God blessed me with a camera that I can use on a professional level. I am now offering my own photography services along with Creative Styling. I offer family, portrait, home and garden and product photography. I started Country Cottage Living about 4-5 years ago to figure out where my passion was and how I could make an income on what I love. ***Let there be light in my life and my work that leads those in a dark place to light. I have realized after 4 ish years of blogging that my passion lies close to arranging "stuff" and seeing the final image and then that feeling connected to the image. My other passion is repurposing...befores and afters (that's another post) Hopeful Images. My goal is to create a scene that is beautiful but gives the viewer a sense of contentment and hope. It's time to connect my styling with my own photography; wish me luck!! Melanie I pursue a gift from my Creator. A gift so unique, it took me years to discover it and now I embrace it and see what it will become...for my latest Styling Work and Portfolio, go HERE! Photography Portfolio HERE! mel cropped 2mini

    Hi Melanie,
I found your site through a Google search for rosehip wreaths. I grew up in Bellingham/Ferndale and so I had to say hi. I’m pretty sure I know the “Dutch Dairy Farm Town” you live in. 🙂 Great site! I’m really enjoying looking through all your hard work. Take care!
